The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1361 days in filing appeal against award dated 25.03.2016 in L.A.R. No.415 of 2012 on the ground that they were unaware of passing award by the Reference Court as it was not communicated to them by their Advocate.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application. 2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1361 days stands condoned subject to condition that applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
