Mr. V.S. Bedre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since the petitioner is not in contact with him, he may not make a statement. However, he submits that the statement of the respondents be recorded.

Considering the above, after recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
