By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for quashing and setting aside the order dated 07-01-2022 and further seeks order to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as regular Head Master of Janata Vidya Mandir Madhyamik and Uccha Madhyamik Vidyalay Murud, Tal. and

..2.. 655.2022WP. Dist. Latur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representations made by the petitioner are pending before the Education Officer. The petitioner will retire on 31-05-2022. 3.

We direct the respondent no.3 / Education Officer to decide the representations made by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the representations made by the petitioner. 5.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge of the post of Principal is already handed over to another teacher i.e. respondent no.5. 7.

The status-quo order passed by this court on 17-01-2022 is accordingly vacated.
