At the outset learned Advocate tenders apology for correcting name of the petitioner in the verification which has been done before the Advocate and Notary, namely Mr. Shivkumar Baswantrao Patil at Aurangabad. Since the advocate has tendered apology, we do not want to further issue directions for inquiry. However, henceforth, learned Advocate will take proper care not to indulge in correction in the verification/affidavit, once the affidavit has been placed on record.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file fresh petition for the same cause of action.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
