Heard both the sides. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the tribunal, the applicant claimants are permitted to withdraw Rupees Fifteen Lakhs of the amount deposited before this court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) in the following manner. Applicant no.1 shall be paid Rupees Ten Lakhs for herself and for applicant no.2 minor, out of the above amount and applicant nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw Rupees Five Lakhs in equal shares. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. 2.
