We have heard Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for the respondent.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, for more than one year the petitioner is placed under suspension. The learned counsel relies on the judgment of the Apex Court in case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India through its Secretary and Another reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291 to contend that, suspension cannot be beyond three months.

Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent on instructions submits that, within a period of three weeks from today the matter of the

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the writ petition. The review committee shall take decision with regard to the suspension of the petitioner within a period of three weeks.
