Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal came to be dismissed in default by this court by order dated 11.02.2015. Even thereafter, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 original appellants have not filed any application for restoration of appeal. In view of above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of prayer clause "B". Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
