Applicant is convicted for offence punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and the maximum punishment is of three years rigorous imprisonment. The sentence of applicant is suspended by the trial Court. Applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused facility of bail. Applicant has deposited the fine amount.

Application is, therefore, allowed. Substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the applicant is hereby suspended. Applicant shall be released on bail on the same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court, on executing fresh bonds before the trial Court.
