On face of record, it appears that on 23.10.1997, the present appeal has been instituted. On 16.02.1998, the appeal is admitted without formulation of substantial questions of law. The appellant also filed private paper-book and thereafter the matter was listed on 01.04.2024. However, none appeared for the appellants as well as the respondents. Therefore, the matter was adjourned for today i.e. 17.04.2024 for passing order of dismissal. In-spite of said fact, none appeared for the appellants. Therefore,
