1) The present petition is filed against the judgment and order passed by the School Tribunal, Nasik in Appeal No.JAL-22/1998 on 16th January, 1999. Vide the impugned order, the School Tribunal had directed the present petitioner to reinstate the present respondent No.1 with full back wages and benefit of continuity in service. Though the interim relief was asked for, the same has not been granted. The order passed by this Court on 7th June, 2001 reveals that Respondent No.1 has been reinstated in compliance of the order passed by the School Tribunal and also has been paid the back wages. 2) In view of the fact that the order of the School Tribunal has been complied with and thereafter the period of about 18 years has lapsed, the present petition has become

infructuous by passage of time.

3) Considering the age of Respondent No.1, there is every reason to believe that Respondent No.1 must have been retired from the services after attaining the age of superannuation. The petition, therefore, stands disposed of being infructuous. Rule discharged.
