The affidavit-in-reply is filed by the respondent. The respondent has tendered unconditional apology for passing the order dated 5th November, 2016. He has stated that the said order was passed under misconception. He had joined the service as Deputy Director of Education, Latur on 5th October, 2016. He could not understand the order passed by
2 CP 37/17 this Court and thereby committed serious mistake. He has taken immediate steps and passed the fresh order dated 16th January, 2017 thereby granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner w.e.f. 5th April, 2016. In fact, the said order ought to have been passed on 5th November, 2016.

In view of the above and the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent, the Contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
