Heard rival submissions. The applicants, being the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 - sole claimant Baban Shankar Gade, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record, by condoning the delay of 293 days. Baban has died on 07.01.2020. Thus, considering the right to defend, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The appellant-Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.
