Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. He prayed for permission to withdraw 70% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Learned AGP for the respondent-State objected for withdrawal of the amount.

Enhancement in the amount of compensation is little above four times. In view of this, applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount of compensation on furnishing personal undertaking.
