Amongst other submissions, one of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is that the caste claims of the real brother of petitioner no.1 and real sister of petitioner no.2 were also invalidated. Real brother of petitioner no.1 namely Santosh had filed Writ Petition No.9223 of 2019 at principal seat. The Division Bench at the principal seat under order dated 21.8.2019 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to him. Similarly, the real sister of petitioner no.2 namely Priti had filed Writ Petition No.7543 of 2018 at principal seat. The Division Bench at the principal seat under order dated 24.7.2018 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to her. 2.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

The relationship of the petitioners with the petitioners in Writ Petition No.9223 of 2019 and Writ Petition No.7543 of 2018, as recorded above is not disputed. In view of that, we follow the same course. 4.

The Committee shall issue validity certificates to the petitioners of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe.

The said validity certificates would be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings re-opened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
