The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an appeal with regard to his disability certificate and the same is pending with the respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case appeal is filed by the petitioner on 24.12.2019 with the respondent No. 2 and if same is pending with the respondent No. 2 and if the respondent No. 2 is competent to decide it, then

2 wp 8080.21 the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. 4.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
