Learned counsel for applicants undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks. 2.

The present application is filed after 211 days after passing the order by the learned Registrar, refusing the registration of the second appeal on stamp. Even though I am giving an opportunity to remove the office objections, so that the matter can be registered, I deem it appropriate to impose some costs for the delay caused in preferring the present application. The cost is quantified at Rs. 500/- payable to the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad.
