The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mutation entry is not being effected in the revenue record though the petitioner has given application.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

In such a scenario, the petitioner can approach the Committee constituted under the Circular dated 13.2.2015. In case the petitioner approaches the Committee, the Committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner within three months.
