Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Present petition takes exception to the order dated 14.12.2022 passed by the learned Collector, Nanded in File No. 2022/G.B./Desk-1/GPN/Appeal-23 whereby the complaint filed by the petitioners came to be dismissed. The petitioners filed an application with a prayer before the learned Collector that respondent nos.3 and 4 incurred disqualification on account of non-holding the Gram Sabha meeting.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned Collector.

Mr. Gadegaonkar, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that now, the term of Gram Panchayat is about to end and only two months are remaining.

Therefore, without going into the merits of matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed. No order as to cost.
