The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the learned Tahsildar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act. The petitioner though has efficacious alternative remedy to file Revision before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, has directly come to this Court. This Court is therefore not inclined to entertain the petition. 2.

In view of the same, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach learned SubDivisional Officer. 3.

Leave granted.
