The parties are unanimous that the relief being claimed by the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of the co-ordinate division bench in writ petition No. 8610 of 2024 and connected matters, decided by the judgment and order dated 14.02.2025.

In light of such consensus, the writ petition is disposed of for the same reasons as have been recorded in writ petition No. 8610 of 2024 and connected matters.
