PER COURT:- 1.

We fail to understand the lethargy on the part of the petitioner in approaching Court at the eleventh hour. The petitioner is seeking admission to the Engineering Course, wherein the last date for submitting validity is 16.01.2021. The petitioner has not yet filed say to the vigilance report also.

It may not be possible for us to issue mandatory directions in this matter, however, considering that the petitioner is exploring possibilities of admission to the professional course, we pass the following order:

ORDER

A. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13.01.2021.

(2) 915-wp-325-2021 B. If it is possible for the Committee, then the Committee may endeavour to decide the proceeding by 16.01.2021.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
