Heard the learned counsel for applicant, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned APP.

The learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, submits that the amount deposited by respondent Nos.1 and 2 is lying before this Court. It be transferred to the Trial Court. After transferring the said amount, he will file appropriate application before the Trial Court. Hence, he seeks leave to withdraw this application. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for applicant, leave granted. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
