The learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions of applicant No. 2, who is present in the court, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application for discharge before the concerned court. 2.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that liberty granted to the applicants will be available for three weeks from today. In case, applicants file application for discharge before the concerned court within a period of three weeks from today, the
