The appellant and respondent in both matters have filed pursis of withdrawal of their respective matters. The pursis are marked as 'X' for identification. Both the signing parties are identified by their respective advocates.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company makes statement that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited in this Court in 924.fa482.20.odt

First Appeal No. 485/2020. He records no objection for the withdrawal of the said amount along with the accrued interest thereon by the respondent therein/original claimant. Appeal and application are disposed of in above terms. The claimant makes statement that except him and signing parties, there are no stakeholders in the subject matter covered by proceedings in hand.
