On pointing out by the learned Government Pleader that the application filed by the petitioner is not in tune with the provisions of the The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application with the Sub-Divisional Officer as required under the Act. 02.

The leave is granted. The petition is disposed off with the liberty as prayed for.
