The learned counsel for the petitioner, on oral instructions from the petitioner, prayed for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the dispute in respect of non-payment of salary between the petitioner and the respondent Institute is amicably settled during the pendency of the petition. As such, the grievance no more survives.
