As per the order dated 11th April, 2016, the Committee has sent his research Officer with instructions etc. Learned A.G.P. states that the Committee is unable to state as to how much time would be required for disposal of the petitioner's case. We did not expect this line of reply, and therefore, we are now constrained to pass following order :-

O R D E R

A.

The Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within three months from today.

2 WP 478/2016 B.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29th April, 2016, and thereafter, as and when required. C.

In the meantime, there shall be no any coersive action against the petitioner for want of Validation Certificate. D.

The Committee shall submit compliance report to this Court. E.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
