This Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of sole appellant Sandu Bhavdu Kalam who expired on 30.10.2016. In support of averments in the application, death certificate of appellant is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that appellant expired on 30.10.2016. The Civil Application is filed on 10.1.2017. It is within limitation. 2.
