We have heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned prosecutor. We have perused the order passed by this Court dated 01-11-2018 in Criminal Application No. 4056 of 2016, vide which, the substantive sentence was suspended, pending the final hearing in the matter. It is undisputed that the applicant did not tender the PR bond and the sureties as directed, and therefore, continued to be behind bars.

By the consent of the parties, Criminal Appeal No. 452 of 2016 is listed for final hearing at 02:30 p.m. on 12-02-2021. 3.
