ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants, being legal heirs of sole appellant - claimant Pandu Sadashiv Gangthade, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 4564 days which is almost of 12 years. However, considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to costs of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad within one week. The amendment be carried out after deposit of costs.
