The applicant was directed to serve notice of this application to the concerned Advocate Mr.Shrimant Mundhe. Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement to have served him with the notice.

Perused the order dated 05.04.2023. In paragraph 6 of the said order, this court has specifically observed that once the amount would be deposited by respondent no.2 (Rajindersingh), the same be paid to the applicant - Prakash Rana.

It is informed that the amount has, thus, been deposited with this court. The same be paid to the applicant along with interest, on condition of furnishing an undertaking by the applicant to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
