Inspite of service, none appears for the respondent. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 27 days that is caused in filing application for leave to appeal challenging judgment and order dated 21.09.2022 passed by the learned JMFC, Court No.1, Ambajogai in SCC No. 582 of 2013, thereby acquitting the accused from the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 02.

Considering the reasons for the delay as stated in the application and considering that delay is only of 27 days, this Court is inclined to allow the application. The application is allowed. The delay caused in filing application for leave to appeal is condoned. The application is accordingly disposed off.
