It is submitted that proposed respondents no.8 and 9 are juniors to the applicant and are being promoted in derogation to the rights of the applicant.

Considering the fact that the matter is with regard to compassionate appointment, and the applicant claims that proposed respondents no.8 and 9 are juniors in the list, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
