For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Amendment be carried out within one week from today. On carrying out the amendment within stipulated period, issue notice to respondent No.5 on the address mentioned in the application in paragraph No.2 of the application and also issue

( 2 ) ca678.19 notice to added respondent No.5-A, returnable on 22.02.2019.

The applicant is permitted to serve the above respondents by any other legally permissible mode of service apart from the court service and to place on record affidavit of service before returnable date.
