Heard rival submissions. The applicant-appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 230 days in fling appeal, which appears to be caused due to his poor fnancial condition. The learned counsel for acquiring body as well as learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. 3.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 230 days stands condoned subject to condition that he shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. 4.
