1] According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2013. Same is not yet decided.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] In case the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same, on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within four [4] months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

1385.22WP 4] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd February, 2022.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
