The present petition has been filed for following relief. (C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No. 1 be directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner institution on 20.01.2022 challenging the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by the respondent No. 2 on its merit and in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks.

We have directed to learned A.G.P. to take instructions. It appears that, several appeals around 40 in numbers are pending before the Hon'ble the Chief Minister for the decision under the same category. 5.

In view of the same pendency and the letter Exh. A along with prayer, the petition can be disposed of with direction that the appeal filed by the petitioner institution on 20.01.2022 challenging the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by respondent No. 2 be decided by the competent authority within a period of one year from today. After the decision is taken, it be informed to the petitioner. 6.
