DATE : 16.01.2023 PER COURT :- When we expressed our disinclination to grant relief on merits, since the petitioner is approaching this Court and seeking relief without even waiting for the respondent authorities to proceed/inquire with his grievance in respect of the alleged misdeeds, even when at least admittedly inquiry has been conducted in respect of some of these works as late as by December 2022, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in future at an appropriate stage.
