Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the learned Trial Judge has rejected the bail application on 11-12-2020 and, thereafter, charge-sheet came to be filed on 19-12-2020. Though the applicant has filed the present application here, now after the chargesheet is filed, he wants to approach the same Court with a prayer for bail after the charge-sheet and, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
