The learned counsel for petitioners submits that after the Reference is allowed, the Execution is filed. The warrant of attachment is also issued, but the amount is not paid to the petitioner. The petitioner may prosecute his Darkhast. In fact the respondents also ought to pay the amount, if the Award of the Reference Court is not challenge, as 15% interest is mounting every day.

If there is no other impediment, the respondent shall pay the amount as per the Award

(2) 8-wp-1544-2018 passed by the Reference Court expeditiously and preferably within a period of seven (07) months. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
