The petitioner had filed this petition on 12-01-2015. Circulation on stamp number was sought on 13-01-2015. The matter was, therefore, circulated for today, keeping in view that the petitioner was still in employment.

Today, when the matter was called out, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the order of dismissal dated 09-01-2015 has been served upon the petitioner on 13-01-2015 and this petition, therefore, is rendered infructuous.

In the light of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, so as to avail of alternate remedy as against the order of dismissal. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection. 4.
As such, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of a legal remedy as against the order of dismissal dated 09-01-2015.
