2) Learned counsel for the applicants argued for suspension of substantive sentence and for grant of bail. Seen the judgments delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class and the Sessions Court. Submission was made by the learned counsel for the applicants that after dismissal of the appeal both the accused were taken

2 Revision 10 of 2017 in custody and at present they are in jail. Copy of operative order made by the Judicial Magistrate is shown in which there is stamp showing that on 9-2-2010 the date of decision of the Judicial Magistrate fine amount of Rs.12,000/- was deposited by the two accused persons. 3) In view of these circumstances Criminal Application No.154 of 2017 filed for suspension of substantive sentence is allowed. Both the applicants, original accused Nos.1 and 2 are to be released on bail on furnishing PR and SB of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by each of them.
