On perusal of the record, it seems that by order 03.07.2025, this court afforded one opportunity to the appellants to take the appropriate steps in the matter, and the matter was adjourned to 04.08.2025. It also indicates from the order dated 28.02.2025, that this Court issued notice to the appellants as their learned Advocate had passed away. The notice report denotes that the appellant No. 1 is reported to be dead and notice was served on appellant No. 2; despite this fact, no one appears for the appellants. In order to grant one more opportunity to the appellants, this Court listed the matter on 04.08.2025; however, none appeared for the appellants on that date, nor taken any steps to bring the legal representatives of appellant No. 1

Thus, it seems that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter; as such, the appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
