Relief sought against respondent No.2, which is a private Society, namely, Pravara Gramin Bigarsheti Sahakari Sanstha, Akole, cannot be granted, considering Article 12 of the Constitution of India. This petition, therefore, cannot be entertained.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners would make a representation to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ahmednagar, keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 15/06/2022 and would pray for

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
