Learned AGP states that the petitioner has alternate remedy of Appeal as per Government Resolution dated 5/8/2010. 2] In light of that, though Mr.Thote, learned counsel sought to canvas submission on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. Time spent in prosecuting Writ Petition shall also be considered by the authority where the Appeal would be filed. No costs.
