Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives

The applications are filed praying for quashing of the order passed by the learned Registrar refusing to register the writ petitions as objections were not removed. Since the common order was passed in many petitions, it was not noticed by the learned advocate for the petitioners. After checking the status in January, 2022 he came to know that in petitions an order is passed refusing to register the petition. Thereafter, petitioners have moved these applications. There is delay of 290 days in filing the applications.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned.

The petitioners undertake to remove the office objections, if any within two weeks.

If the office objections are removed within stipulated

(3) period, petitions be restored to its original position and place the petitions on 01-09-2023.
