Mr. Golewar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that limited prayer is made in the present writ petition i.e. seeking directions to decide the representation dated 22.09.2014 regarding appointments to be made from Project Affected Persons' category, pursuant to the advertisement. 3.

Mr. Mule, the learned A.G.P., submits that the same would be considered and decided on its own merits.

In light of the above, we pass the following order. i.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the representations filed by the petitioners dated 22.09.2014 on its own merits, as per its policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today. ii. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
