At present we are not inclined to take cognizance of the contempt.

The statement was made by the learned A.G.P. that, within a period of 3-4 months the steps would be taken for appointment. Four months would lapse in January 2022 and immediately the contempt is filed. If within a reasonable time appointments are not made, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.

With the aforesaid observations, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
