Upon considering the challenge, applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited together with upto date interest accrued thereon upon execution of an undertaking that in case any order adverse to his interest is passed in appeal, he would refund the amount within a period of eight weeks from the date of the said order.
