The learned Advocate representing the EPFO submits that he has received a communication dated 21.02.2024 from the Assistant PF Commissioner (Legal). Copy of the same is tendered to the Court, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the MSRTC submits that the PF contributions of the deceased employee have been deposited till October, 2016. The learned Advocate representing EPFO submits that his instructions are that the contributions have been

74-WP-1995-2024.odt deposited till April, 2016 and the contributions from May, 2016 to October, 2016 are due.

Since the problem of the Petitioner has been resolved in view of the contents of the communication 'X', this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect the MSRTC to render assistance to the Petitioner for completing the formalities and to commence the payment of the pensionary benefits from the day the widow and the daughter are entitled. Let this exercise be completed within 30 days from today. Arrears, if any, shall be paid within 60 days.
